Artists, creators, performers, entrepreneurs. They share their thoughts, beginnings, experiences and dreams. Dear Industry interviews and documents young professionals to understand what it takes to make one’s mark.
This is their open letter.
Dear Industry, yours truly.
Here is their first interview, featuring our sponsored artist UFO Fev.
We continue the journey on corrupted luxury with our Dyslexic series including the GG and Chanel Drips, Cucci Killer, Dotted Raglan and Crewneck, 4 Shysl, and of course the Label Monogram and Label Whore 2. We’ve also included pop culture icon Lindsay Lohan, referenced Chief Keef continuing the color palette from Lesbehonest, formulated our rendition of Ombre Dye, and emphasized the never-ending man feud in our nature between Tits and Ass.
Each concept we embark on, we strive to make a whole idea, influenced from popular trend and NYC street culture.
I’m known by many people as The Whelming. I’m a photographer based here in NYC. It has been a blast to work with Fresh Goods for the past year. Eph and the Fresh Goods team has invited me to guest blog. I enjoyed shooting, meeting and catching up with old friends. For my first ‘Fresh Guest’ post, here are a few of my favorite shots from the party!
I had a great time last night at the Fresh Goods Spring collection party and I hope you all did too! Amazing performances by UFO Fev and JRah! The video should be up soon.
DJ Don Juan did an amazing job holding down the entire night.
And I would like to say thank you to everyone who came out and especially our host: (L-R) Eph and Al.
For more images check out Fresh Goods’ Facebook page for more images. Don’t forget to tag yourself if you were there last night!! Till the next party, enjoy!

When this brand began, it was evident that one of our main goals was to create clothing that can be worn all around the globe. We’re glad that many people share our vision.
We’d love to introduce Hart and Sole, a retailer in Canada.
They’e got our Fall and Holiday on the Web too!
Check ‘em out, they offer a vast amount of quality brands since ’07.
The two brothers who founded the shop were always in the Streetwear biz, branching from one of the main staples of our lifestyle: Sneakers. Their online custom sneaker shop grew a list of celebrity clientele like Ja Rule, Red Man, Fat Joe and many more. With their success and entrepreneurial spirit, opening Hart and Sole was the next natural move.
Our newly sponsored producer group, Grand Staff, is always on the move, so if you’re playing catch up, you better get with it now. They’re working with this singer/songwriter from Queens, Matt Patterson, whose been able to perform his music live for crowds in New York City, Philadelphia & Los Angeles; amongst them were opening for Mike Posner & Miguel. His new EP “Back in Business” is available for download here . He has a refreshing sound and look, so expect to hear a lot of noise from this kid.
Here at Fresh Goods, we aim to innovate creativity. Through fashion, we’re able to communicate conceptual ideas and present our take on popular culture. With our sponsored artists, we look for individuals who share the same ideology.
Our newest additions to our Fresh Family is a producer group by the name of GrandStaff.
If you don’t know, now you know.
This group of young and talented artists engulf themselves in music and has steadily grown an amazing sound, and story.
These cats were always on their grind from inception at NYU to now their studio located in Brooklyn. They’re eclectic taste and knowledge of music helps them not only craft a high-quality and innovative sound for their brand or each artist they work with, but for music in general.
Here are a couple artists they’ve been working with recently:
Emanny’s track that dropped V-day, produced by GS.
And check Matt Patterson, an artist they are building with.
His EP “Back In Business” produced by GS. (Download)
“Let’em Talk”
Grand Staff’s range of quality music gives them a fresh universal personality, which exudes our “Global Wears for the Good Life” motto. You can see why collaborating with these guys was a no-brainer. With all of our sponsoree’s, we only strive to be progressive for the lifestyle culture of NYC, and heck, for the world.
Be sure to check their past work on their website and other talented artists they are developing.
You’ll be hearing a lot more of them in the near future and definitely proud to have them a part of our Fresh Family.
S/O to Fresh and KQuick, they’re always on some dope sh#t.
I was researching for about an hour online on the story of Valentine’s Day; Why we celebrate it, who St Valentine is, and what it’s all about. There were so many stories and theories about the holiday that it oddly resembled what love kind of is. Every one has their own definition of it. But why we do it, is something we can’t comprehend. The only thing that matters with us, is making fresh goods and sharing it with y’all.
Check our sponsored artist, JRah’s lyrics video for his song “Thriller” off Red Carpet Theory (DL Here now!)
JRah is our first sponsored artist, whom now resides in NYC.
Be sure to be on the look out as he currently is working on his next project “Red Carpet Theory 2″ with the good folks of Grand Staff, who is our lastest additions to our sponsorship program, and of course, the fresh family!

We released a shot of our latest color way of our Label Whore 2 coming this Spring via our Instagram:
This features Safety Orange type with our latest duck camo print, which will also be used on 3 new body styles we’ve never put out before.
We’re very excited for y’all to see what we have up our sleeves, but for now, here’s the 2nd colorway of the Label Whore 2 this Spring:
Black / Red Print
Taken at 24 Karat Showroom.
Spring drops at retailers last week Feb and Mid-March on Web!
The Label Whore series, stemming from our first Label Whore (I Love Fashion, Adore style, and will change for no one) uses the branding elements that stay synonymous in popular culture and in today’s fashion, to create a message that we all share daily. The Label Whore 2 (Nada but a G Thing) follows the same philosophy and has now extended to our latest of the series, the Label Monogram print.
The designs are no way affiliated with these brands, unless you call inspiration an affiliation.
The brand that was widely known to be acquired by American Apparel this past summer, Warriors of Radness, has always been a dope brand. The mastermind and streetwear OG, Rick Klotz (to whom was also behind Freshjive), surely knows how to make fresh garments that all around gives a great vibe when buying it and wearing it. We were hype to see where the brand direction goes with the new financial backing, and we knew the fresh was coming in.
The Fresh Goods family was definitely in the house for Fev’s listening party of “Return Flight” at the Brewery Recording Studio in Brooklyn, NY.
We’d like to congratulate Fev on a successful listening session. The building was packed with supporters, the reaction to the music was phenomenal, and the vibe was super chill.
When we walked in, and as time progressed, the halls and rooms became flooded with conversations, picture taking, and video drops, that by the time the listening actually started, they needed to break it into a couple sessions so everyone can rotate into the studio and grab the full experience.
Here’s a few pics. Peep him in our F U Tee available here!
We are proud to have Fev part of the family and be on the lookout for “Propaganda”
The Fresh Goods Family would like to introduce our Holiday ’12 Collection, now available on our Web Shop and current retailers. We continue with our Label Whore Series with the Monogram in 2 styles and Label Whore 2 in 2 new colors. The “Age of Rock” was a major inspiration for our concepts and designs, hence darker color palette, the F U tee and Pop A Molly tee (which is ode to Iron Maiden and Motley Crue). We also introduce one of our favorite pieces from our Cut & Sew, the Camo Color Block Poplin.

Our Holiday Collection is a bit lighter than past collections with the gear up coming in the Spring. We continue with our Label Whore Series with the Monogram in 2 styles and Label Whore 2 in 2 new colors. Design Inspiration was heavily inspired by this Age of Rock, hence the F U Tee and Pop A Molly tee (which is ode to Iron Maiden and Motley Crue). You wake up to a knock or a door bell, you stumble down your hallway in PJ’s, open the door and voila, its the Mail Man with your goods. Now what is the process before you were in REM sleeping stages? It all starts from our Warehouse.
We visited the warehouse to make sure we’ve covered all corners in shipping correctly for our Holiday ’12 Collection.
A minor note to all of our fans, customers, & fresh addicts, we apologize if you experienced any mishandling of shipping in the past couple months. The last thing we want as a brand is to have unsatisfied brand ambassadors.
We have moved our warehousing a couple months back and with the transition and sporadic hurricanes and tropical storms, we’ve been playing a bit of catch up with our Summer and Fall goods, but we got it locked and loaded for y’all now! Expect your goods to arrive timely people!
We really appreciate all the love, constant support, and understanding, we couldn’t do it without y’all!
Here’s Al, the founder and Creative Director of Fresh Goods, surrounded by the goods he has designed!
Boxed goods.
More boxed goods!
Flooded with fresh!
Second stop of the day was of course 24 Karat Showroom, where Fresh Goods is currently showing to buyers across the world. S/O to all the other brands at the showroom and the reps that are gettin’ it!
